PLACING ORDERS

How Do I Place an Order?

  • Complete the Quote Request form and send to us along with a sample of your artwork
  • We will send you a quote and production time
  • When you are ready to place your order, we will need to receive your payment in full.
  • After we receive your payment , we will send you a mock up of your order
  • Once the mock up is approved by you, the production will begin.
  • You will be notified when order is ready to be sent out or picked up.

Do you take orders from countries outside the US?

Yes. We take overseas orders and will ship to you.

If I have several designs, do they all add up as one order?

Each design is treated (and priced) as a separate order.

ARTWORK

How do I Prepare Artwork?

All files must be at least 300 dpi or Vector Format. The artwork at 300 dpi needs to be sized to the size of the print. If your file is not 300 dpi, you cannot just increase the resolution of the file. This is called “upsampling” and will result in a blurry image. If you are creating your file in Adobe Illustrator or another Vector-based software, you can size your image to the size you want it to print. Make sure to outline vector artwork.

What are accepted File Types?

We accept the following File Types:

  • Illustrator (.AI)
  • Vector (.EPS)
  • Photoshop (.PSD)
  • PDF
  • JPEG
  • TIFF
  • .AI or .EPS files are preferred as Vector images can be scaled without affecting quality.

What about Font Types for Our Logo?

All fonts need to be a graphic. Illustrator (create to outlines). Please also send a JPG of your picture so we know what it is supposed to look for.

GARMENTS

What are the Sizes of Garments?

  • Youth: Small (6-8), Medium (10-12), and Large (14-16)
  • Adult: Small, Medium, Large, XLarge, 2XL, 3XL, and 4XL

Can we use a variety of sizes in the order?

Yes. You can mix the sizes any way that you need to complete your order. However, if different sized screens are needed for youth sizes and adult sizes, there will be fees charged for additional screens.

Can we use different colors of inks?

Yes. However each ink color change will add an ink color change charge.

Can we provide our own garments for print?

Yes. Please contact us for pricing.
